Oak View is a one bed, one bathroom flat with the bathroom providing the convenience of a walk-in

shower. The living space offers a Smart TV while the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential

items needed to sit down on an evening and enjoy a meal together.

Guest access

​

Wheelchair access is, unfortunately, not available. Guests have full access to the flat and

accompanying parking space.

A Deposit of £100.00 is to be charged on the date of arrival and returned post check out. The

Orangery is not pet friendly; we kindly ask that you do not bring your furry friends along for your

Getting Around

Parking is on street parking. The nearest bus stop is the St Martins Church which allows for travel on

the 6, 555, 599 and 755 bus routes around the lakes. Regular ferries and boat trips around Lake

Windermere can be taken from the Bowness on Windermere Terminal operated by Windermere

Lake Cruises.
